船橋の駅前で人気を博しているいさりびさん。
営業時間はお昼から19時までのようなのでご注意を。
千葉そごう店に続いて2店舗目の訪問です。
客席はカウンターのみ7席。
平日の12時半ごろ、先客は2名。
店内かなり狭くすれ違えないほどのため、入店の際は注意が必要です。
卓上調味料は醤油、酢、ラー油、ブラックペッパー、ホワイトペッパー、すり下ろしにんにく、柚子胡椒。
ネオ中華そばは千葉店でいただいたので、今回はつけ麺を外の券売機にて購入。
麺の種類は2種類、ボタンで分かれていました。
・特製つけめん[平打ち麺](1050円)
ざく切りネギが映えますね。
熱々のつけ汁はすっきりとした醤油。
魚介系の印象ですが、複雑な旨味がとても美味しい。
油はやや強めですがしつこさは感じません。
麺は不揃いな平打ち麺でつけ麺にしては細身。
非常にコシが強く好みにぴったり。
山盛りに見えますが水切りザルの上に盛られています(それでもやや多め)。
細切りチャーシューは肉肉しい食感で美味。
シャキシャキの青ネギも◯。
暑い夏にぴったりのつけ麺でした。
特に麺が美味しくて中華そばより断然好み。
次回は塩もいただいてみたいですね。
味の好みは十人十色。
