祝日のぷらっとランチ。拉麺いさりび@船橋で「ネオ中華そば」1200円税込を賞味。魚介と動物系の旨味の効いた濃厚なスープに、もちふわのストレート中太麺。半生で大ぶりのチャーシュー、とろとろの味玉。文句なしに美味。それから特筆すべきはネギ。青い部分でも柔らかく適度なシャキシャキ感で甘みがあって超美味い。ワンタンやつけ麺も試してみたい。
