お店の紹介で度々目に付くネオ中華そばとは果たして？
何がネオ（新世紀）なのか。テクテクお店に向かいながらあれこれ想像してました^_^
結果。
裏切られる、良い意味で^_^✨
これと言って革新的なものは一切感じませんでしたが、新しくある必要がないという、とても優しくホッコリするバランスの取れた丸い味わい。
ラーメンイノベーションのスピードがグングン加速している昨今、実に癒される円やかな醤油ラーメンです。
ネオ、というよりもこの感じはリバイバル？？
ゆっくりスープに麺が馴染んできて、とろみを感じる舌触りになった辺りの後半の優しい旨さ✨
包まれます。
細かく書かれたおすすめの食べ方にも、温度が少し下がってきた頃合いが最もバランスの取れた味わいになると書かれていました。
間違いないですね✨
追記。カウンター下の足元を暖めるヒーターに感動しました✨
