船橋のラーメン名店巡り。
今日はいさりびに初来店。何を食べるか迷ったけど先ずは名刺がわりのネオ中華そばを選択。あと、チャーシュー丼がセットだとお得なのでそちらもチョイスする。
全てカウンターのみの対応で、一人ひとりブースで区切られた感じの席。足元にはホットカーペット的な心遣いが好印象を与える。（使えるかは不明）
お店はご夫妻！？で切り盛りされている感じ。
テーブル脇の説明を見ると色々拘っている感じが受け取れる。目の前の味変の調味料は、自家製ラー油、自家製柚子胡椒、にんにく、ブラックペッパー、ホワイトペッパー、醤油、お酢が有り、色々楽しめるのがお得感を感じる。
いざ実食してみると最初の期待度が高かったからか普通な感じで特別感は感じられず。しかしながら、味変をしていったら色々と変化を楽しめた。
レアなチャーシューは美味しく、同様にチャーシュー丼でも楽しめた。
全体的には満足だが、ラーメンも1500円前後の時代になったとつくづく感じる今日この頃。
機会有れば別のものも試してみたいと感じました。ご馳走さまでした。
