船橋駅より徒歩数分の場所にあるイタリアンレストランです。平日夜に予約して訪問しました。
店内がかなり広く、テーブル配置もゆったりとしている点に好感が持てました。
メニューはコースとアラカルトどちらでも注文できるようになっています。
この日はアラカルトで注文しました。

→彩り豊かなサラダ。量は多く、2〜3人前くらいありそうです。様々な野菜の新鮮な味わいが楽しめました。
◻︎ 地鶏のピッツァイオーロ スキレットスタイル/1900円
→ 「ピッツァイオーロ」とはピザ職人のことで、「ピッツァイオーロ風」など料理に用いると、にんにく風味のトマトソースに香草のオレガノを合わせたナポリ定番の肉料理のことを指します。
こちらの料理は地鶏をモッツァレラチーズとトマトソースと合わせてスキレットで焼き上げた料理になっています。モッツァレラチーズたっぷりで美味しかったです。

大きめのピザ。無難な美味しさです。
良い具合にカジュアルでお洒落なレストランでした。ごちそうさまでした。
