宇都宮より浜松の方が最近は有名らしい。そんな話を聞いてしまうと食べたくなるのが世の常。仕事柄平日の餃子は控えているので、食べるなら週末しかない、ということで今日は餃子。
実のところ、揚げ餃子が一番好きなんですが、そうは言っても王道はこちら。このパリッとしたかんじがたまらない。円形に焼きあがって出てくるのも美味しさを増幅させる。ビジュアルもサウンドも料理の一部というのをあらためて感じさせてくれる。
来年の今頃は何の遠慮もなしに食べられると良いね。
味に静かなおっさんでした
