From the ticket gate of Haraki-Nakayama Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, go straight towards the west exit and cross the crosswalk to find the restaurant. It's a little hard to find because it's in the shadow of the overpass... It's next to "Naan Kitchen" which I introduced a while ago. It's a restaurant that is crowded with customers on weekdays and holidays. The interior is simple and clean with brown as the main color. It feels a little narrow. The menu is abundant and the prices are reasonable. I went there on a Thursday night, and it was almost full with salarymen. I sat at the counter seat, and a towel was brought to me as soon as I sat down. Prices are shown without tax and are rounded down to the nearest yen. On this day, I ordered: ・Freshly squeezed grapefruit sour (450 yen) ・Eggplant wrapped in pork with grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce (580 yen) ・Special chijimi-yaki (550 yen) The appetizer (280 yen) was squid cream stew. The two dishes we ordered were a hit: plenty of Chinese chives, chewy chijimi, and pork wrapped eggplant with a refreshing ponzu sauce. It was delicious. It was also filling. The grapefruit juice-like sour was fruity with just the right amount of acidity and sweetness. The appetizer was also delicious. If that's the case, I can expect good things from the other dishes. The atmosphere is also nice, and I think it's a rare restaurant in Haraki Nakayama!
