京成船橋駅すぐ、ビルの2階にある素適なBarです。落ち着いた空間の中にも賑わいもあり、常連さんも多いのか、混んでいました。
ちょうど空いたテーブル席に案内してもらい、びっくりしたのがメニューの多さです。
何種類のカクテルや飲み物があるのか凄い量で、選べないと思っていましたが、とても詳しく内容が書いてあるので自分の飲みたい物を選べました。
私はさっぱりしたのが飲みたかったので、国産レモンの塩レブヒートを注文しました。爽やかで少し苦みもあってとても美味しい。
相方はバナナとマスカルポーネチーズのティラミスカクテルで大人のデザートカクテル。甘く濃厚でまったりとした飲み口。
自家製レーズンクリームチーズは、レーズンたっぷりで、程よい甘みと爽やかな酸味で美味しい。
フードも多くで、トリュフ風味の玉子サンドやカルパッチョやパスタ、黒毛和牛のローストなど美味しそうな物ばかりです。
素適な空間に素適なオーナーさんとスタッフさんも丁寧で感じが良く、時間がたっぷりある時に、料理とカクテルを楽しみにまた伺いたいと思いました。
