知らない間に船橋駅近くに出来ていた創作焼肉店。
船橋の焼肉と言えば 「天下一の焼肉 将泰庵 船橋本店」が有名ですが、 その目と鼻の先にあるようです。
強豪を目の前にしてなぜここにオープンしたのか良く分かりませんが、予約を取って訪問してみることに。
週末の夜に訪問すると、店内は空いていますね。
しかしながら時間と共にお客さんが入ってきて、満席近くになっておりました。
高級焼肉店が次々とオープンしている東京と比べると一番上のコースは飲み放題付きで10000円で、飲み放題除くと7980円ですから千葉県価格ですね。

肉比率がちょっと少ないのが気になりますけど、美味しくいただけました。良い肉もありましたが、ちょこっと。その他の食材も上手に織り交ぜて、原価率を抑えてながら、結構満足できる内容でしたね。特にハラミやレバーはかなり美味しかったです。その他「打倒マック」なるハンバーガーは、目の前でじっくりと焼いているもんですから、食べたい気分がどんどん増して、ピークに達した時に食べられると美味しさ2倍ですね。なかなか考えたもんです。
