船橋駅から徒歩8分くらいのところにある「焼肉 牛者」に訪れました。
繊細な味わいと上品な雰囲気で知られるこの店は、肉の質と焼き方に細心の注意を払うことで評判の名店です。
店内に足を踏み入れると、どこか隠れ家的な雰囲気が漂っています。
お通しは、新鮮なピーマンと肉味噌。
これがほんとに美味しい。
その後は肉。
「エロたん」と名付けられた最高クラスの牛タンは見た目も食感も溶けるようで、肉好きを確実に満足させます。
メニューは多岐にわたりますが、特に豚とろや上の上ロース、和牛ハラミ、そして並じゃないカルビなど、絶品の焼肉が勢揃い。
それぞれの肉の旨みを最大限に引き出す味付けは、他店では体験できない美味しさを提供してくれます。
ドレッシングが病みつきになるような「牛者サラダ」や、葱とポン酢でまぶした「止まらないミノ」、そして〆には特製の柚子胡椒と相性抜群の「シャトーブリアン」など、一品一品が工夫を凝らした逸品ばかり。
接客も丁寧で、店員さんたちが親しみやすいです。
