繊細な味わいと上品な雰囲気で知られるこの店は、肉の質と焼き方に細心の注意を払うことで評判の名店です。
店内に足を踏み入れると、どこか隠れ家的な雰囲気が漂っています。
お通しは、新鮮なピーマンと肉味噌。
これがほんとに美味しい。
その後は肉。
「エロたん」と名付けられた最高クラスの牛タンは見た目も食感も溶けるようで、肉好きを確実に満足させます。
メニューは多岐にわたりますが、特に豚とろや上の上ロース、和牛ハラミ、そして並じゃないカルビなど、絶品の焼肉が勢揃い。
それぞれの肉の旨みを最大限に引き出す味付けは、他店では体験できない美味しさを提供してくれます。
