可愛らしいお店の外観とがレットに興味を惹かれ
週末の午前ひとり訪問させて頂きました
店内は広くはないもののハンドメイド感があり、
落ち着ける雰囲気です
テラス席もありペットもOKだそうです
ガレット初体験でしたのでご説明を頂き、
シンプルなガレットに珈琲をオーダー
ほどなく芳ばしい香りと共にガレット登場です
蕎麦粉の程よい香りと滑らかな食感、 卵の黄味:、チーズ、ハムが見事にマッチングさ
れ心地良い味の四重奏を奏でています
こんなに美味しいものだったとは★ガレット
ある種の感慨を覚えずにはいられません
シンプルな料理故に奥深さを感じられるところは素晴らしいです
こちらのガレットの生地は蕎麦粉のみでつなぎは使われていないとの事、
そして、具の一つ一つが味わい深く店主様の素材へのこだわりが感じられます
お店を包む空気や料理には作り手の思いが宿るもの・・・
