存在は知っていましたが、利用したことがありませんでした。
評判が良いと知って、早速入ってみました。
かけそば390円をポチ。
券売機は現金のみです。
具を頼まなかったのは、かけそばでも...
ハンバーガー並の手（箸）づかみ。まずはそのまま塩麺つゆの順にもちろんお蕎麦も。ミル付きのお塩も新鮮味がまします。最後に蕎麦湯を楽しみました。
店頭のウィンドウ内では石臼がぐるぐる回って蕎麦を挽いています。
ここは十割蕎麦を安価で提供してくれるセルフ方式のお店です。
入口すぐ左の券売機で食券購入後、突き当たり奥の厨房スタッフさんに手渡し、...
カツカレーもそばセットにしてもらいたい。
船橋では有名な立ち食い系（全席着席タイプ）蕎麦屋の「車や」さんへ・・・
平日の朝９時前にINしました。店内は３〜４割の入です。
出勤前とみられるサラリーマンの方々が朝食を摂っている感じです...
冷麦とかき揚げ。麺はモチモチしていたが、蕎麦の方が美味しいかな。
