下総中山周辺では街を上げて七夕のイベントを開催するらしく､この辺りでも人気のラーメン店『４代目松屋食堂』さんも今回のイベント限定麺を発売して参加するとの情報。
その限定麺がなかなか凄そうで､内田製麺という製麺所が作る７色の麺を使った『虹色らぁめん』という名の商品。
七夕をイメージした冷たいラーメンとの事だが､今日は気温が30度を越えるとの予報なので冷製麺は好都合。
いざ購入して実物を見てみると､先ず目を引くのはやはり７色の麺。人によっては食欲が失せる色使いなのかも知れないが私は全く平気で､冷たく〆られた麺はコシと弾力がかなりあって食感や喉越しも非常に良かった。
冷たいスープでは素材本来の出汁の風味は出しにくいとは思うのだが､ここの冷製スープはムール貝の出汁がバッチリ効いていて旨い。
具材にはムール貝､タコさんウィンナー､エビ､サーモンやタコの刺身にキャビアなど､冷たいラーメンならではの具材も乗っている。
他にもハート型のレモンや色とりどりの海藻ビーズなどで飾られていて煌びやか。
確かに七夕らしい楽しいラーメンだった。
