今回初訪問。
多分、醤油、塩推しなんだと思うけどみそ味を注文。
土曜日の14時半少し前に入店。
多分、前半の部最後の客に。
全然嫌な顔せず明るさ全開といったご主人
とても好感が持てます！
そんなに待つことなく
特製みそらぁめんの着丼。
ファーストインプレッションは
具沢山！
チャーシュー2種に肉団子2種、ワンタンに
メンマに何かしらの野菜に味玉。
食べる前からワクワクしちゃう。
チャーシューは多分、ロースとバラ。
肉団子は白っぽいのは鶏肉と柚、色が濃い方が
鴨なのかな〜！？それと紫蘇が入ってるやつ。
メンマは変わった食感、少ししっとりしている。味玉は8割方火が入ってる感じ。
ワンタンはしっかり肉感のある餡で
具だけでたっぷり楽しめるラーメン。
スープは少し深みのある味噌テースト。
5種類程味噌をブレンドしているそうな。
麺は少し茶色がかったピロピロしてるやつ。
店主の人柄もそうだが塩も醤油も気になるし
サイドメニューにあるサラダも頂きたいので
また再訪します！
