日曜19時34分入店、先客3名で空いてるカウンター席を案内される。
券売機のポップアップを見る限り潮らぁめんが人気No.１になったようだ。ただの貼り間違いかもしれないが、たしかに醤油や味噌よりも特徴がある。
食券を渡してから10分で着丼、やや長め。中太麺の茹で時間もあるだろうが常時ワンオペが影響しているように思う。
能書きによればラーメンは全て無化調とのこと。潮らぁめんは無化調とは思えないしっかりとした、クセの少ない鶏油の旨味を感じる一杯。辛みそはやや動物感の強いパンチのある一杯。どちらも麺量が多く普通盛りでも満足出来る。
定期的に限定ラーメンなどの新メニューが出てくるので飽きさせない。局所的なラーメン激戦区でも頑張って欲しい。
