船橋の裏路地で営業されている小さなビストロ。
小奇麗ですが気取った風はなく、カウンター席もあってひとりでも気軽に入れるお店です。お値段もお手頃です（お料理のクオリティからすると、もっと高くてもいいのではと思うほどです）。
お料理はどれも基本に忠実に、手間をかけて丁寧に作られている印象。作り手の誠実な人柄が見えるようです。
ハム、スモークサーモンなどお店で自家製されているものも多いです。特にロースハムは驚くほどのおいしさ。赤身の部分はしっとり旨味たっぷりで、脂身の部分は甘くとろけて……これは必ず注文することをおすすめします……！
また、パテも絶品で、適度にレバーの苦味が利いているのがたまりません。このパテを焼いた焼きパテは、もはや前菜ではなくメイン料理としても通用するほどのポテンシャルがあります。
