船橋にも博多てんぷらが❕
先月博多てんぷらの「たかお」に行ったのだが、船橋駅のシャポーにも博多てんぷらの店の存在を知りました。その名は「やまみ」。明太子のやまやが手がけているようで大手町、木場に続き3軒目の出店とのこと。
やまみ定食(1200)を注文。嬉しいのが壺に入った高菜と明太子食べ放題。さすがやまやグループ。揚げたてを随時出してくれます。まずはナスとカボチャ。揚げたては旨しです。豚肉、鶏肉、キスが登場。とり天は関東の天ぷら屋だとなかなかないメニューです。天ぷらのド定番きすは流石はずしません。オーラスは半熟卵とエビです。エビも悪くはなかったですが、半熟卵はばりうまです。単品だったらおかわりしたかったです。
千葉のペリエと比べて船橋のシャポーは使える飲食店が多いと改めて感じました。

やまみ定食(1700)コロナあけたら、値上げしすぎ。前食べた時より500円アップの定食はなかなかね。
天ぷらは千葉駅周辺には天やしかないから、船橋にあるのはこの値段でも嬉しいかぎり。しかも混んでます。特典でもある明太子と辛子高菜の食べ放題はがっちり食べすぎました。
やまやに知らぬ間に店名変更してましたが、明太子で有名なやまやのグループ店です。博多天ぷらとして展開してるのは川崎、枚方、大手町、札幌、池袋とここ船橋の6店舗。
