ひっそりとしたベトナム料理店
去年だったか、前を通りかかった時に気が付いて、一度行ってみたかったお店です。
間口の狭い入り口から階段を上がると、黒を基調にした店内。

プロフィールにも書いていますが、「現地国人が食べに来る異国料理屋は、美味しい。」がモットーです。
帰る客来た客、１０テーブルほど入れ替わりましたが、日本人は私達とあと一組の四人だけでした。
これは期待出来ると思った通り、( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ～！
スペアリブは、味の滲み方からジューシーな焼き加減、これはリピあり。
海鮮フォーのスープはあっさりめ。
次は牛肉フォーも食べてみたいと思わせる。
ただ、非常に残念な点がある。
料理の提供が、遅い。
４品頼んで一時間半って……。
私達のあとからの客は、みな二人一組一人一品ずつだし、４テーブルだったから、混雑と言う程ではない。
厨房は二人体制。
なにがそんなに時間が掛かるのか？
美味しかっただけに、残念。
でも、また伺うと思います。

三人女子会。
一回目の時に回りのベトナム人が食べていた、謎の料理。
訊いたら、ベトナム人向けの現地語メニューがあるそう。
今回はそれを見せて貰い、鴨のメニューを頼みました。
生春巻
空芯菜の炒め物
鴨のスパイス焼き 野菜添え
スペアリブの焼き物
お粥
鴨は小さめ鴨をタレをつけて焼いたもの。
北京ダックのお肉付き。
お粥は、かなり塩辛い。
味が濃すぎる。
そして、相変わらず料理の提供が遅い！
私達のほかに、ベトナム人の若い子達６人のグループが一組だけ。
なのに、２１時頃に入って出たのが23時30分過ぎ。
フロアは女の子一人厨房は男性二人、お客は２組、さして忙しくないのにおしぼりやお水やお皿の替えを頼むと、各１５分以上待たされる。
接客も、かなりの現地クオリティー(笑)
時間があるときにしか、行けないなぁ。
