久し振りの船橋ランチ。
アジア系の料理食べたく候補３店あり、大行列、休み、という消去法で駅から少し歩きコチラに訪問。
お店入る所から東南アジアの洗礼を浴びます、引き戸ですが手を掛ける所が無い。(^^;
そして、なんとか扉開けるといきなり上り階段。(^^;
ですが、なんとなく感じる良店の予感。(最近、この予感が外れる事はほぼ無い)
２階に上がると１３時過ぎですが、お客さん結構入ってます、１人～５人組まで計６組。
席に案内され、ランチメニューから「鶏肉フォー」のセットを注文。
セット100円で「生春巻」「ドリンクバー」「デザート」付くのでお得感あります。
そしてさすがベトナム料理店、ドリンクバーに「はす茶」があります。(^^)
他には「もち米茶」「ジャスミン茶」「アイスコーヒー」「コーヒー」とあります。
珍しい「もち米茶」はお米の甘さも感じられます。
「コーヒー」はベトナム式の入れ方でしょうか、これに練乳があれば美味しいのですが。(^^;
「生春巻」は香草に包まれた春巻に大きめの海老２尾乗っており、美味しいいただけました。
「はす茶」のスッキリした感じとの相性がいいですね。(^^)
「鶏肉フォー」はまず、なにも入れずに食べますが、スープ自体サッパリしていて美味しく、途中レモン絞り味変楽しみ、後半ホットチリソース投入し味変最終型完成。(^^;
意外とボリュームあり、味変楽しみながら食べましたが、ラーメン大盛りを食べない人には、フォー少なめで丁度いい量かと思います。
店員さんベトナムの方ですかね、とても感じのいい対応です。
予感通りの良店で、また船橋駅に来たいお店ができました。(^^)
