市川から船橋にかけてベトナム料理・タイ料理のお店が意外とあるんですｗ
こちら、一度来たいと思っていたので、思い切って扉を開いてみましたｗ
場所は、船橋駅南口から新しくできた道を南下し、
大神宮に行く通りを少し大神宮方向に移動したあたりになりますｗ
扉を開けると・・・階段ですｗ
階段を上がっていくと・・・お店ですｗ
4人テーブル×7＋2人テーブル少々＋半個室のような構成ですが、
席間・テーブル間はかなりくっついて狭いですｗ
（2020/1当時の話ですｗ）
提灯がぶら下がっており多少屋台風なんでしょうか（’’？
半個室のほうに書類があったり、飲食後テーブルに食器が残っていたりして、
人手が足りないんでしょうかね（’’？
室内温度環境は暖房が強かったですｗ
女性がくることを前提とした環境と考えますｗ
menuは、食べログのmenuの料理の部分に記載されているのとほぼ同じ感じですｗ
幅広く有名どころを一通りそろえた感じでしょうかｗ
ランチはフォーが中心ですが、コースっぽいのもあるようですｗ
春巻き・フォー・ビーフンは結構巷でみかけるので、
ちょっと変わったところで、
海鮮チャーハン 850円外税・ソフトシェルクラブ揚げ 980円外税・ウーロン茶 300円外税を
お願いしましたｗ
空いていたんですが、調理にかなり時間がかかりますねｗ
しば～～らく待って、暇暇暇暇暇していたら、やっとソフトシェルクラブ揚げが来ましたｗ
小型のワタリガニ系？の脱皮ガニを半分にして、薄い衣のてんぷらにしてありますｗ
カニは小さいですが2匹使ってあるので、この価格でも高いとは言えないと思いますｗ
殻はごく薄く柔らかいですｗ
カニの風味はてんぷらの風味に負けてしまっており、
すごくフルーティな塩分の強くない、すごく甘いたれがかかっているので、
カニがどこかに旅立っていますｗ
タレにエスニック風味はなく、ひたすら甘いですｗ
唯一エスニック風味を感じたのは、中央に一枚だけ鎮座していたパクチーのみでしたｗ
速攻で食い終わりましたｗ
それからまたしば～～らく暇暇暇暇暇していたら、海鮮チャーハンきましたｗ
お米は小型ですが、密度高く弾力があり硬めパラパラでとってもいい感じｗ
そのお米が油で寄り添っている感じですｗ
焼きは弱く、焦げた部分はなく、香ばしさは弱いですｗ
具は、人参・卵・ピーマン・パプリカ・エビ・イカ・青ネギ等で、
比較的野菜が多い感じですｗ
塩分や出汁の香りが弱く、エスニック風味は弱く、野菜の甘さが出ているので、
家で作るチャーハンみたいな味ですｗ
雑味少なくおいしいんですが、柱が立っておらず、
特徴に欠けてぼんやりした優しい味になっていますｗ
ベトナム料理のお店とのことで、非日常なエスニックな味を楽しめるかと思ってきたんですが、
当てが外れましたｗ
一枚のパクチーと、ソフトシェルクラブの甘いフルーティなタレだけが、
日本の料理との相違部分でしたｗ
お料理がいろいろあるので、通いこんで色々食べてみたら、
そのうちあたりを引けるかもしれませんｗ
唯一、レシートがちゃんとしているのはよかったと思いますｗ
