蒸し春巻（バイン・クオン・ノン）は、豚挽肉入りの蒸し春巻き・・・皮のもちもち食感も、甘酸っぱいタレもよかったと思います・・・フライドオニオンの食感もイイですね。牛肉フォー（フォー・ボー・チン）は、それなりに美味しいとは思いましたが、麺がやわらかいですね・・・食べる過程で切れて短くなり、箸からも滑り落ちます。焼き豚のせビーフン（ブン・ティット・ヌン）は、こちらも麺がやわらかめで、食感的に気になります・・・でも、こういうものかもしれません・・・それに、タレがちょっと薄味かな・・・もうちょっとしっかり味がついていても・・・まぁ、焼き豚は美味しかったと思います。チキンカレーライス（コム・ガー・カリー）は、ココナッツの甘味が先行しますが、後からスパイシーさが追いかけてきます。大きめカットの野菜（ニンジンとサツマイモ）と鶏肉もしっかり煮込まれていて、個人的には好みのカレーです。
