言わずと知れたワンコインでピザが食べれるコナさん！
早めの時間に行くももうすでに若者の団体さんが入ってる。予約していなかったがすんなり入れた。
もう混みそうな気配がしてたので早めに注文。
とりあえずビール。そしてピザ、クリームコロッケ、コブサラダ、プラッターのカプレーゼを注文。
アプリ登録で生ハムサービスがあったのでビールを飲みながら登録。生ハムもすぐ出してもらう。
続々と来るお客さん。どんどん溜まるチップ…
やばい気配しかない…
アルバイトさんも18時から続々来るの遅すぎた。
まずチップの整理…そして各担当が片っ端から調理開始。
メニューにお時間がかかります。と書いてあったコロッケが最初に提供される…まぁ仕方ない。
おっと、アルバイトさんソース温め忘れかな？コロッケは温かいがソースがぬるい。まぁ仕方ない。
ピザ到着！！想定通り！
これで500円は本当に安い！だからこんなに混むよね！そして店長さん1人じゃ統率が取れないのは仕方ない。
ピザ食べ終わってしばらくしてサラダ到着！
最後にカプレーゼ！ここまでで60分経過！
前菜担当の子がちょっと回らなかったかな？
まぁ仕方ない！！！
今回は期待値をこめてこちらの点数です！
改善点をおさらい
・まずは調理担当のワンポジではなく全体共有
・今一度調理行程の再確認を！(コロッケのソースはぬるいもの？)
・たまたま休みかもしれないが社員さんの充足が必要かと！
・店長さんがんばれ！！！
珍しく長くなりましたがそれだけいいお店でぜひ改善していただきたと思いました！
追記
隣にいた女装カップルはあと5分で来るピザをいらないといって帰ってった。そんなお客さんはお客さんじゃないので気にしなくていいと思います！
