これといって気にいったものはなかったけど、どれも安定した美味しさでした。
下味は濃いめなのでお酒飲みにいいんでしょう。
さらにタレもやや濃いめのように感じました。
わたしは今回ご飯なし酒なしの冷麺だったので途中で嫌になりました。
ハラミは分厚目ですが柔らかくて食べやすいです。
個人的に薄切り好きなのでいいですが、おかわりしたら2回目の方がなぜか薄切りになってました。
一人前は少し少なく感じました。
ヒレロースも普通に美味しかった。
写真がないのでひとまずカルビを頼みましたが普通で、後から聞いたら食べログに載っている美味しそうな焼いているお肉が上カルビで、薄切りで美味しそうでした。次回は上カルビにしようかなあ。
絶対ナムル、混ぜ混ぜされたナムルで韓国海苔がいい感じに締めていて美味しかったです。
冷麺はボヤけた味でイマイチです。
連れは上ミノも気に入っていて、テールスープは普通に美味しくてコブクロは普通だったそうです。
次回はハラミ、ヒレロース、上ミノはリピートしようと思います。
