休日、西船橋に友人に呼び出されて急な飲み会
そんな誘いも嬉しい今日この頃。やっぱり仲間と飲むのは楽しい。
指定された店は、北口出てすぐのここ。便利な好立地
予約してあったようで、テーブル席に案内。周りを見ると宴会客多数！
19時には満席となっている盛況ぶり。
まずは、シャリキン塩レモンサワー
この暑さに体の塩分も枯れつつあったので、塩分と水分補給が
一緒に行える便利なドリンク。さほど塩味を感じない良い味。
博多料理がウリのよう、野菜を豚バラで豪快に巻いた博多の名物串に
もつ鍋。こちらにきた際は食べて欲しい。
野菜巻きに串焼きもあり、1本単位で焼いてもらえる。
しっかり目の塩胡椒に、生野菜が実に旨い
ある意味ベーシックである、レタス巻きは必食すべき1本だろう。
万ねぎ、トマト巻き、えのき巻き、どれも旨いと皆に好評だった。
プチトマトはベーコン巻き。
目玉焼きポテトサラダ いぶりがっこが入っているようだが
かなり小さく控えめな存在感だった。明太子炙りに、明太子ピザと
メンタイハーツ的には嬉しいメニューもあった。
もつ鍋は、食べないわけにいかない
塩ベースと味噌ベースがあり、秘伝の辛味噌に惹かれそちらを。
すっきりとした辛さがあり、辛いものが苦手な人は
辛味噌を別皿にお願いすることを進める
キャベツにもやし、モツもたっぷり。鍋シメにはラーメンで。
若いスタッフが多い居酒屋だが、総じてどの料理も美味しかった。
なかなかの繁盛ぶり。若い年代からミドル層まで世代層厚めな店だ。
西船の駅近店を探している際は、思い出してみてほしい。
