開店と同時に行ったから、まだ外は明るかったけど。
個室で囲われてたから、すっかり夜の雰囲気にｗ
席に着いたら、ウエルカムのメッセージ。
ちょっとした気配りが、嬉しいですね。
お通しの「カボチャとニンジンのビシソワーズ」肉を食べる気満々で来たので、手軽に野菜が取れるのは嬉しい。
メニューに冷やしトマトしか書いてなかったから、バルサミコソースがおしゃれで素敵。
とろーりクリームチーズの天ぷら、あつあつでチーズがとろ～っと出てきて、すご～くおいしかった。
馬刺三種盛り合わせ、自家製の薫製醤油につけて、にんにくと生姜が付いているので、お好みで。
店員さんが、「こうね(たてがみ)と、赤身を一緒に食べるのがお勧めです」と教えてくれたので、一緒に食べてみたら大トロみたいでした！
厚切り牛タン塩麹焼きは、レモンをたっぷりかけて、想像よりもやわらかくておいしかった。
酒盗intheじゃがバター、家でも作ってみたい！
A5和牛炙り寿司、3貫ついてきます。
わさびと、にんにくと、生姜がついてくるので、それぞれで食べました。
にんにくと合わせたのが、めちゃおいしい！これが一番食べたかったんです。
A5和牛イチボ✕赤ワインソース。赤ワインバターソースが、風味豊かで赤身肉の旨さを引き立ててくれました。
最後の〆は、デザートです。パフェと、カタラーナを半分こにしました。
トイレに行く途中に見つけた、可愛らしい個室もパチリ。
ここは、また来たいな。
