4月から就職が決まったお友達の、就職祝で焼肉ここからへ行ってきました。
京成西船駅より徒歩2分。JR西船からも徒歩5分です。
●チョレギサラダ680円(本体)
ピリ辛で、箸がすすみます。
●伝説盛りJr.2,980(本体)
手前から、ヒレ・ハラミ・タンです。
ここからの名物は、とても厚みのあるお肉の盛り合わせ、伝説盛り！これはお店の方が焼いてくれるので、いっそうおいしくいただけます。
そして、ヒレはテーブルで焼いたあと、お店の方がカットして特性のたれにつけて、再度提供してくれます。
かなりレアな焼き加減だけど、これがまたすっごくおいしいの。
●上カルビ1,480円（本体）
カルビは、重ねて上下を入れ替えて焼くとおいしく焼き上がると、テレビでやっていたので真似してみました。やわらかくてふわふわで、噛むとジュワーって肉汁が広がってめちゃうまでした！
●上ハラミ1,780円（本体）
ハラミ大好き。うま味のあるお肉で、やわらかくてとろけそう。
●上タン塩1,480円（本体）
ちょうどいい弾力と、えん味。噛むとこちらも、うま味がじゅわ～ほんとに、至福のとき♪
●本日の握り(三貫)1,280円(本体)
しめは、米が食べたかったので、肉寿司に。
