京成船橋駅近くの人気の焼肉店.
当日受付で2度ほど門前払いでした.
予約必須の様だけど,開店17時ちょっと前に電話で予約.
一番で入れました.
メニューを見れば,A5ランクの和牛なのだとか.
その割には値段は安め.人気の理由も分かる気がしました.
和牛A5ランクとはいうけれど、和牛かそうじゃ無いのかの区別がメニューでは分かりにくい
当然個体識別番号も店内に書かれていない.
自分の舌で判断しろ!はメニュー選びでギャンブルだ(汗
店内ポップには他店の和牛A5ランクとのカルビの値段の比較広告がなされてる。
メニュー表には和牛のマークがないが?
店員に確認すると和牛だと言う.
言われてみれば、とーくの方から脂の甘みは感じるが・・・
A5とは何かか考えさせてくれる.
壺漬けカルビは和牛では無いなと
タレが強く、牛肉の旨さは伝わらない。
そしてホルモン系は値段からも和牛ではないのが分かる。
食べればやっぱり。
しかも安いのは量が少ないから?70gあるかな~・・・
これをコスパ良い(コスパが高い)と言って良いのだろうか。
確かに安くて少ない量ならいろんなのを試せるのは分かるが.
・・・疑心暗鬼になってしまった。
腹いっぱいになって他店と比べてホントに安くて美味いか?と考えると、あそこやあそことたくさん出て来た(汗
