京成船橋駅近くの人気の焼肉店．
当日受付で2度ほど門前払いでした．
予約必須の様だけど，開店17時ちょっと前に電話で予約．
一番で入れました．
メニューを見れば，A5ランクの和牛なのだとか．
その割には値段は安め．人気の理由も分かる気がしました．
和牛A5ランクとはいうけれど、和牛かそうじゃ無いのかの区別がメニューでは分かりにくい
当然個体識別番号も店内に書かれていない．
自分の舌で判断しろ！はメニュー選びでギャンブルだ（汗
店内ポップには他店の和牛A5ランクとのカルビの値段の比較広告がなされてる。
メニュー表には和牛のマークがないが？
店員に確認すると和牛だと言う．
言われてみれば、とーくの方から脂の甘みは感じるが・・・
A5とは何かか考えさせてくれる．
壺漬けカルビは和牛では無いなと
タレが強く、牛肉の旨さは伝わらない。
そしてホルモン系は値段からも和牛ではないのが分かる。
食べればやっぱり。
しかも安いのは量が少ないから？70ｇあるかな～・・・
これをコスパ良い（コスパが高い）と言って良いのだろうか。
確かに安くて少ない量ならいろんなのを試せるのは分かるが．
・・・疑心暗鬼になってしまった。
腹いっぱいになって他店と比べてホントに安くて美味いか？と考えると、あそこやあそことたくさん出て来た（汗
