I've been there a few times at opening time, but I couldn't get in with a reservation... Even if you go at 5pm when they open, they won't take you in until 9pm... I gave up and decided to make an online reservation... This was my first visit. Inside the restaurant is a typical Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. It's quite a small place. However, the smoke extraction equipment is good, so there's no Yakiniku (Grilled meat) smell. The staff are cheerful and friendly. I sit down at a sunken kotatsu table and start with a beer. To snack on is Chinese cabbage kimchi, and for Yakiniku (Grilled meat) I have marbled tongue salt... Cheers! I slice the marbled tongue salt thinly and quickly grill it before eating. Hmm... it's not that tender, it's on the level of a major all-you-can-eat chain restaurant. I should have ordered the "Special Hanasakitan" after all. While eating, I looked at the menu and decided to order the next thing. I decided to have the "Today's Special Kalbi". It looked much better than the menu picture, with the "Kainomi" and "Sasami". This meat is A5, right? Be careful how you cook it... don't overcook it... It's delicious! It's so delicious. I'm amazed that it's only 1099 yen. I decided to order it again. Wow! It's impossible to get this meat at this price! It's so delicious. I also ordered the marbled kalbi, which was also of very satisfying quality. I can see why it's fully booked. I'm old enough to not go for all-you-can-eat, but with this high quality, it's surprisingly hard to eat too much, so I ordered the hot stone bibimbap to finish off the meal. Wow, it was a great surprise. Thank you for the meal! I'll come again.
