1903年創業のパリの老舗
サロン・ド・テ「アンジェリーナ」の
モンブラン。超大好物で販売店の近くに
行くことがあるとつい買ってしまう。
ミルクのようなクリームとサクサクの
メレンゲ、それをコーティングしている
マロンペーストの組み合わせは病みつきになる。
これを作ったと思われる創業者兼菓子職人の
アントンさんにお礼を言いたい。
