I visited Tenkaichi no Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Funabashi Main Branch - New Building - which is located about a 6-minute walk from Funabashi Station. Everything is luxurious, including the wine cellar next to the entrance and the hostess wearing a kimono! This time, I enjoyed the ``Snow Course (7,590 yen, tax included)'' in a private room on the second floor. Surprising Funabashi quality with a reasonable lineup of lobster and sirloin. Full attendance is also great. First, let's start with the Wagyu beef Sushi. Carbohydrates are really nice at the start stage. Compare the two types of red meat and marbled meat. The seasonal appetizer is crab and grapefruit jelly. I can’t resist and have some sake right away! I was so happy when the Kuheiji (1,078 yen), which I believed was served by the glass, was served in a sake bottle. The salt dish is tongue salt and special loin. Blissful with a quick squeeze of grilled lemon! Next was salt-grilled lobster, which is rare for Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants. This was absolutely delicious. The delicious flavor when you bite into the elasticity that goes wild in your mouth. Sake is the answer for this. Tonight's Sukiyaki with plenty of egg yolk is a masterpiece served with white rice. The sauce plate provided by Trunk is truly a Pandora's box. As I watched the smoke rise, I inadvertently empathized with Urashima Taro's feelings. On this day, there were three types of ribs, chili peppers, and Wagyu skirt steak. A soothing soup made with raw yuba to cleanse your palate. For the hormone, I tried "Kubota Manju" (1,760 yen). Of course, we also offer 1 cup of this. I thought it was unusual to have only egg porridge as a finishing touch, but after eating it, I was satisfied. It was as delicious as the main dish. Lastly, I had the "Yamazaki" (1,650 yen) and cherry blossom Ice cream. A great store that you'll want to come back to again and again! Let's go again.
