Ordered the beef S course. It's a restaurant where the staff grills all the meat for you, and it's in a private room so you can spend a relaxing time. I looked at the thickly sliced Cow tongue, Chateaubriand, etc., and thought that it was impossible for an amateur to quickly sear the surface, wrap it in aluminum foil, and cook it slowly at a low temperature.LOL I brought Cow tongue. You can bring 3 types of condiments with you, and there are quite a lot of them, so I was able to enjoy the different flavors until the end. The last meat was extra lean meat and skirt steak, and I was surprised at how much fat it had. Personally, I enjoyed not only Yakiniku (Grilled meat), but also the yukhoe and the pickled plum kimchi to cleanse the palate. Also for special occasions. It has become a store I want to visit.
