I had the lunch S course. * Prosciutto salad and mini soup vinegar? A refreshing and delicious mini salad with the sourness of balsamic *Assortment of appetizers Beef tagliata (maybe tataki?) Sea bream carpaccio Summer vegetable cocotte A comforting taste with a homemade feel (^^) The sauce on the beef tagliata is the best! *Shrimp and zucchini peperoncino There are so many ingredients that this is enough✨ The firm entanglement and the sour aftertaste felt like summer♪ *Homemade focaccia Bite-sized pumpkin focaccia Moist and delicious! *Gateau Chocolat Not too heavy, dense, moist and rich. I ordered coffee and was right. I enjoyed the taste and color of the vegetables! Purple carrots were also used in the appetizers, and the color on the focaccia was wonderful!
