どの部位も素材の美味しさはもちろん、その調理工程があればこそ味わえる食感と旨味✨
タンは柔らかくてジューシー、レバーは厚切りでサクサクとした食感が美味しい♪
意外だったのは締めに頂く肉茶漬けで、これだけ肉を食べたのに出汁をかけるとさっぱりと食べれてしまう‼️
非日常の空間で一つひとつ焼き方の説明までしてくれる新しい焼肉スタイル♪
