西船橋駅南口から徒歩約2分の場所の
「ホルモン焼肉 はやぶさ」さんへ！
注文はQRコードをカメラで読み取り
スマートフォンから注文するシステムです。
ホルモンと焼肉から名物のハツモトや
準ミノ、レバーの他数品を注文しました。
ハツモトは味噌ダレで味付けされていて
カリッと焼いてブラックペッパーを
付けて食べるのがおすすめだそうです！
大動脈部分はコリッと歯応えのある食感で
その周りの脂肪は臭みがなく純粋な脂の
旨味が香ばしく広がり堪りません！
個人的にはハツモトが1番好みでした！
準ミノは朝〆のものを仕入れているそうで
抜群のサクサク食感で軽く噛み切れる程の
柔らかさでとても美味しかったです！
味噌ダレで頂きましたが注文画面を下に
スクロールすると味付けを選ぶことができ
味噌ダレの他に梅おろしや食べる生姜
おまかせもあることに後から気付きました。

レバーは独特な臭みがなく新鮮さを感じる
甘みのある味わいで美味しかったです！
とろホルモンは脂のブリンとした食感と
濃厚な旨味、皮の香ばしさが相まって
ホルモン焼きといったら「これ！」と
いった美味しさを体現してくれています！
上タンは霜降りの旨味は感じられますが
思ったより薄く食感が硬めだったので
コスパ抜群で美味しいホルモン食べた後
だからか物足りなさを感じてしまいました。
この他にも色んな部位のホルモンがあり
他のも食べてみたくなる美味しさでした！

Go to "Hormone Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Hayabusa" which is about 2 minutes walk from the south exit of Nishi-Funabashi Station! Ordering is done through a smartphone by reading a QR code with a camera. From the side menu, we ordered meat chazuke, Cold Noodles noodles with green onion rice, and hormone salad. Meat chazuke is a set of white rice covered with marbled beef, topped with white onions, green onions, and white sesame seeds, dashi soup in a teapot, and a separate dish of wasabi salt and yukari salt! When you pour the dashi soup over it, the fat in the marbled meat melts, giving it a chewy texture that melts in your mouth.The flavor of the fat goes well with the Western-style soup stock, making it an exquisite meat chazuke! Wasabi salt and Yukari salt go well together, but the meat chazuke was so delicious that I ended up eating it without adding any salt! Cold Noodles are made with a moderately sour soup, very chewy thin noodles, and topped with kimchi, wakame seaweed, white onions, and white sesame seeds, making it refreshingly delicious!
