チーズもふんだんにかかっていて、チーズ好きにはたまりません…！
上タンの塩焼きは、焼き加減が絶妙で、ほどよく固めのサクサク食感で、とっても美味しいタンでした！
お料理も美味しいのですが、個人的にクラフトビールが大好きなので、種類が多いのが嬉しかったです！
おすすめビールは、COEDOの鞠花。
セッションIPAで、フルーティ且つビーターテイストなので、お肉料理によく合い、食事が進むので、ぜひ飲んでほしい一杯です！
