船橋にある和牛をクラフトビールでたしなむ ミートマフィア 船橋南口店でディナーをいただいてきました。船橋駅・京成船橋駅どちらからも歩いて1分という駅近でアクセスの良い飲み屋さんになります。ビルの7階にあるオシャレなお店は90席ほど用意されていますよ。土曜日に伺いましたがたくさんのお客さんで賑わっていましたよ。

和牛のお店ということなので和牛メニューを注文。和牛肉寿司 ミスジと和牛肉寿司 ロースを注文しました。肉寿司は仕上げとして最後にテーブルでバーナーで炙ってくれますよ。お肉の香ばしい匂いがする肉寿司でしたね。脂が乗ったお肉はミスジもロースもどちらも美味しかったですよ。

お酒のつまみとして蛸とサーモンカルパッチョと有頭海老のアヒージョもオーダーしました。蛸とサーモンカルパッチョはキレイなオレンジと白の組み合わせ。蛸もサーモンも身が柔らかくて美味しいですね。レッドペッパーがアクセントで効いていますよ。有頭海老のアヒージョは大きな有頭海老が3尾スキレットに入っています。さらに海老の下にはキノコがたっぷり入っていますよ。バゲットに乗せて食べると美味しさが増しますね。

チーズ料理もセレクト。カマンベールチーズのフリットはサクサクの衣とチーズがとろりとしていて良いですね。蜂蜜が添えてあるので付けて一緒に食べると旨みが増しますね。お店名物の料理の溶岩パスタもいただきましたよ。グラタン皿に入ったパスタはチーズがたっぷり入っていてミートソースにチーズが入っていて濃厚でコクがあるパスタで食べ応えがありますよ。
