【ミートマフィア】さんに行ってまいりました！
地元に帰るタイミングで近くの船橋でディナーを！
ということで駅ちかのおしゃれイタリアンに行ってまいりました！
肉寿司でおすすめを探していたところ巷の評価が高かったので
ミートマフィアさんに決めました！
当日予約したんですが奇跡的に１席個室が開いていたのでラッキーでした！
来店するとお客さんでいっぱいで最後の一席だったんかな？
人気店なので事前予約必須ですね！
さて、今回オーダーしたものはこちら。
・生タン刺し～王道ゴマ塩ダレ～
・燻製枝豆スモークサーモンアボカドタルタル
・和牛の炙り肉寿司3種
・溶岩パスタ

・燻製枝豆
枝豆を燻っただけなんですが、
これが食べ始めたら止まらん！！
うますぎてもう一個注文しちゃいましたｗ
酒のおつまみに最強！！私は最強ぉおおおお！ｗ
・生タン刺し～王道ゴマ塩ダレ～
体温調理されたタン刺しにごま塩油がかかっています。
程よい塩味と新鮮な牛タンの食感が癖になる！
見た目もおしゃれな必食メニューです！
・スモークサーモンアボカドタルタル
世の中の「うまい」を凝縮させたような料理名で
思わず注文しちゃいました！ｗ
見た目もこだわっていてまるで高級焼き肉店の
和牛ユッケかのような出で立ち！
味もアボカドの濃厚さとサーモンのフレッシュさが
いい感じにマッチしてた！
・和牛の炙り肉寿司3種
個々の肉寿司は絶対食べてください！
肉寿司って当たりはずれあると思うんですが
3種すべて肉質含めて100点付けられます！
バラ、ミスジ、肩ロースでした！
・溶岩パスタ
食べログのページを見て気になっていた溶岩パスタ！
提供時にほんとに溶岩かのようにぐつぐつして提供されるので
これだけで食欲爆上がり！
外側はグラタンみたいにホワイトソースとチーズでおおわれてますが
中はミートソースのパスタ！
食べ応えもあって〆にはぴったりのメニュー！
「白い溶岩パスタ」もありましたよ～！
この日は運転していたのでお酒は控えましたが
クラフトビールも数多く置いていたので
今度は絶対電車で来よう。燻製枝豆をビールで流しこもうと決意。ｗ
店員さんも明るい方が多いですし、
お店の雰囲気も照明が少し暗めなのでデートにもお勧めできるお店です！
金額も安すぎず満足できるコスパでした！
