If you read the title, you can tell what's going on (lol) I found a restaurant in Chiba that I'm interested in for Ebisu-ki! I visited for the first time for lunch after work (｀･ω･´) ... but as the review said, the location is very difficult to find Σ(ﾟДﾟ) I followed the directions on Google Maps but couldn't find it so I walked around in circles, went back to the station, and walked without losing my way, and I arrived right away!!! A big sign and a big shrimp motif on the building are the landmarks. Since it was lunchtime on a weekday, there were about two groups of customers ahead of me. Contrary to my expectations, it feels more like Dining Bar than Restaurants. If you are alone, you will be guided to a counter seat and you will be given instructions on how to order using a QR code. I look at the menu and am unsure. I want to eat the specialty "Kadaif roll", but I'm also interested in pasta (｀･ω･´) Ah! I can eat kadaif by itself! So I'll have a pasta set and an additional kadaif roll♪ I'll have iced tea as a drink. The first thing served was "white shrimp salad." Salads in sets are usually served in small bowls, but is this really a main dish?! It was so filling Σ(ﾟДﾟ) I started to worry if I would be okay to eat after this, but I started to eat (｀･ω･´) The white shrimp was crispy and served in large quantities. The shrimp flavor spread throughout my mouth, and it was sooooooooooo good (*´▽｀*)♪ Shrimp ski instantly raised my spirits♡ Kadaif rolls are made from wheat, like super-thin pasta, and apparently originated in Turkey and Greece. It's a version of fried shrimp with kadaif batter! The beautifully fried kadaif rolls were served with lemongrass salt and original tartar sauce. When you put a knife into them, you hear a crispy sound, and they don't look oily at all. Take a bite with the lemongrass salt! Wow! It has a very light texture, and although the shrimp are not extra large, they are juicy and delicious (*´▽｀*)♪ They are crispy and light enough that you can eat as many as you want, a new type of fried shrimp!! The lemongrass salt is good too, but I prefer the tartar sauce (*´▽｀*) And the pasta main dish came with two langoustine shrimp and scampi shrimp, and was covered in a rich tomato cream sauce that looked delicious!!! I did my best to scoop out the flesh of the scampi, mixed it into the pasta, and served! Mm! It was just al dente, and the acidity of the tomatoes, the richness of the cream, and the flavor of the shrimp were all perfectly combined, making it sooooooooooooo delicious (*´▽｀*)♪ But the portions were so large Σ(ﾟДﾟ) It also came with baguette, so I think I'd be able to wipe off all the sauce at the end and finish it all. I ate all the pasta, thank you for the meal (｀･ω･´) The acqua pazza also looked delicious, so I'd like to come again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal today!!!!!!!!!
