高根公団駅近くにある高根台プラザにオープンした唐揚げと弁当の店です。
自分の知る限りでは、北習志野にある林家に次ぐ２号店だと思います。
弁当もありますが、今回、つまみのために、にんにく醤油唐揚げの単品を250gでお願いしました。
にんにく醤油唐揚げの単品は、250gで520円との事です。
会計は、前払い、注文を受けてから揚げるスタイルとの事で、待つこと10分弱、店員さんから声が掛かります。
レジ前に行くと、計りの上に唐揚げが乗っていて、表示は「320g」です。
店員さんから、「250gに足りてますか？」と言われて、こういう誤差には、まったく文句はありません。
実際に食べたにんにく醤油唐揚げは、表面に白い粉が吹くカリッとした食感に、柔らかい肉質が印象的です。
あくまで、個人的な好みとして、もう少し引き締まった肉質が好みですが、柔らかくて、老若男女に優しい唐揚げだと思います。
余談ですが、提供を待つ間に、年配の女性が唐揚げを買いに来ました。
対応するのは、高校生くらいに見える若い女性の店員さんです。
年配の女性が、注文に手間取っていた中、若い店員さんの優しく親切な接客は思うところがありました。
全体的には、唐揚げの味わいその物は、急増している唐揚げ店の標準くらいと感じた中、グラム数オーバーのサービス精神、優しく親切な店員さんが印象的で、機会があれば、またお邪魔したいと思った今日この頃でした。
