長女が妊娠健診のため西船橋へ、ランチで食べた「アオザイレストラン」さんのベトナム料理が
美味しかったと聞き、ナナイといっしょに行きました。
ランチメニューたくさんあります。
ランチセットはメイン（１３種類の麺から選びます。）、揚げ春巻き（１本）、サラダ、本日のデザート、烏龍茶。
スペシャルセットは上記のランチセットにバインミーのハーフと揚げ春巻き（１本）付き
ランチ定食のライス物。ヘルシーランチセットがあります。他にもありました。
ランチボックスはバインミー（７種類から選ぶ）とミニサラダに揚げ春巻き（１本）。
ランチセットを２つ、メインをブンボーフエ（自分）とカニ団子のブン（ナナイ）にしました。
ブンボーフエセット
「ブンブンブン」と何のことやらわかりません。フォーじゃないのかよっと混乱している爺さんです。
フォーは切り麺で平形、ブンは押し出し麺なので丸型で太麺、細麺、縮れ麺とあるそうで共に米粉を使った麺だそうです。
ブンボーフエさんはブンの太麺で、すこーしもちもちしてます。スープはと初めていただくので・・・、
酸味と辛味がいい感じ、パンチありません。コクもほどほど。
ヘルシーです。少し物足りない。（はじめて沖縄そばを食べた感じに似てます）個人的感想。
柔らかい牛肉さんとベトナムハムさんが入ってます。これは美味しいです。
カニ団子のブンセット
カニ団子のブンは細麺です。つるつるリンといい食感。カニ団子いっぱいで見た目なかなか物。味は、うーんうまく表現できません。
スープはすっきり、軽やか。視覚のイメージよりスッキリ。薄ーいスープです。
食べ終わって気づいたこと「もしかして調味料あったんじゃない？」
ナナイ、ごめん気がつかず。
ランチセットの内容
サラダ
揚げ春巻き
「この揚げ春巻き美味しい」だそうです。サクサクとした自家製網揚げ春巻きさんです。隣にあるソースがこれまた良い⭕️
大人気商品なんでしょうね、冷凍のお持ち帰り用販売してました。
本日のデザート
チェーですかね。やさしい甘さで喉が気持ちいい。常温なのに美味しいです。
ドリンクはウーロン茶です。
予習不足で・・・・これから暖かく暑くなってきてたら間違いなくランチの候補になるだろう。
「揚げ春巻き」さんはとても美味しかった。「アオザイ揚げ春巻き定食」あったら食べてみたいです。
今度は調味料があるのか聞いてみよう。味変楽しみ！
