今回は初の鯛出汁のラーメン屋さんへ。暖かいのをいただくつもりが、限定かつ暑い日だったので冷やし麺に。
運ばれてきて、あれ?器が小さいと思ったけど、しっかりしこしこ麺が程よく噛みごたえがあり、スープもあっさり飲みやすく完飲！=割とお腹いっぱい。
鯛が美しく、食用菊も散りばめられホント綺麗。
メンマも極太。
涼しくなったら、暖かいの食べに行こうと思ってますε( ε ˙˘˙)з
