シャポー船橋にある鯛出汁のラーメンがメインのお店。
鯛塩ラーメンももちろん美味しいんですが、この日はちょっと趣向を変えて中華そばをオーダー。
細麺にチャーシューが2枚、メンマ、味玉がついたシンプルな醤油ラーメン。
これはおそらく鯛出汁ではなく煮干し系の出汁。
でも昔ながらの｢THE中華そば｣って味。
シンプルながらも深みがある、すごく完成度が高い1杯でした。
ほとんどの人が鯛塩ラーメンを食べてますが、ぜひこれも食べて欲しい...！
同行者は鯛茶漬けを食べてました。
美味しい鯛出汁にゴマだれで漬けた鯛の刺身。
スッキリとしつつ旨みが出ている鯛出汁はそのままでも美味しい！
で、それらが合わさって美味しくないわけが無い。
鯛出汁はおかわりできるようなので、たくさんかけても大丈夫。
店名に入る通り、鯛塩ラーメンはもちろん美味しいんですが、“じゃない方”もめちゃくちゃ美味しいです
やはり出汁が旨いラーメン屋は何食べても美味しいのか...！
