３月の日曜日の１２時２０分頃に伺いました。
店内はそれなりに混んでいましたが、待ちなしで着席。券売機は今まで食べた記憶はないのですが、店名の鯛塩ラーメンは即決定。それと究極の卵かけご飯なるものを注文。何を愛媛から直送しているかわかりませんが、子供の頃以来の卵かけご飯を食べてみようかと。すると、隣の年配のお客様も卵かけご飯を注文。期待できそう。
着丼。盛り付けが綺麗なラーメンです。
麺は、ツルツル中太麺です。スープの表面に透明な脂が浮いています。一口飲むと、最初の一口は少し魚の匂いがしますが、出汁の効いた美味しいスープです。少し香ばしさが欲しいので、鯛を焼いたらどうかと思ったが、よく見たらテーブルの上に玄米の小瓶が。どうも焼いた玄米のようです。これを入れて食べると、若干香ばしい霰を入れたような風味と食感に。もっと香ばしい方がいいような気もするが、美味しい鯛塩ラーメンです。
次に、究極の卵かけご飯です。
何が究極かはわかりませんが、少し糊気の強いご飯に生卵と鰹節がかかっていて、卵かけご飯用の醤油がついています。不味い訳がありません。全体をかき混ぜて、掻き込むと、確かに卵かけご飯、美味しい。
今日はお腹一杯頂きました。ご馳走様です。
