I'm totally happy with that as it's also fun ◎ The staff are always kind, courteous and speedy. I'm grateful that they served my son well ◎ Starting early ← Important! スパークリング・角・デュワーズがあるのが最高◎
スパークリングはポールスター。。←得意じゃないw


●生マッシュルームのサラダ
新鮮じゃないと生マッシュルームはできませんね
柔らかく、風味と香りが良くとても美味し◎


●近大ぶりひらと赤富士サーモンと鯛のカルパッチョ
はい、優勝！！
とにかくオイル美味しいぃぃ〜

角の取れまくったニンニクが奥の方にほのかーに感じて
バジルのような？若干の青っぽい味もあって。。

皿のオイルを舐めたくなるレベルですw
(マスターに答え合わせしたらガーリックパウダーと山葵)

近大ブリヒラを出してくれるのも嬉しいですね♪


●チリソースとサワークリームのポテトフライ
なんて事ないポテトかなと思ったら
ソースが後引くうまさ！

●生牡蠣は正直まだ季節には早いなーという感じ
3種のソースが選べるのは嬉しい

●海老アヒージョは正直ごく普通のアヒージョかな。。
是非カルパッチョのオイルを使って欲しいですw

●最後にイカ墨麺青豆パスタにピスタチオアイスまで！　

素晴らしいコスパですね♪♪

早飲みできるバル系は貴重ですね

2軒目があるのでデキャンタで我慢

ローストポークは見るからに乾燥しちゃってますね
1番乗りだったから昨日の切り口かな
　

でもソースはきちんと作られてるし
ウフマヨはカダイフ添えで、
とろっとサクッと食感楽しい


惜しいなと思うところはあるけど、
手作りで美味しいものを出しているお店だと思います


今回は0次会でサクッとでしたが
次回はもっと色々食べて判断してみたいですね


後日飲み放題コースを予約しようとしたら、
テーブルが最大4名までで断念
少人数でカウンターで楽しむお店ですね♪
