昔はラーメン屋だった場所(メディアの取材を受けない店だったけど、そんなに美味しかった記憶はない)
それがまぜそばの有名店の支店になったけど、ラーメン激戦区の船橋ではあえなく撤退(まるはのすぐ側では不利だったよね)
その後は一転してビストロになったけど、いくらもしない内にワインバルになった。ワインバルになってからは、けっこうな人気店みたい。週末はいつも混んでいる。
・マグロとアボカドのタルタル
日本のカジュアルフレンチでは定番の料理だけど、ここのはフワフワ〜っとした感じが印象的。マグロは跡形もなく、アボカドは大きめのがゴロゴロ。
・牛ハラミ肉ステーキ120g
ファミレスより安い1078円。やや硬めだけどワインのアテとしては充分。ワサビ、マスタード、塩、胡椒が添えられるが、塩以外は一切れで拭ってなくなった。マスタードの瓶があればいいのだけど。
生ビールはサッポロが売り出すクラフトビールのSORACHI。
ワインはオレンジワインをチョイス。
2021 Rkatsuteli Qvevri /Qvevri Wine Celler
ジョージアのルカツィテリ。甘い香りにけっこうな渋味。ハラミステーキに良く合いました。
席料、サービス料が無いのはいいね!
