船橋開拓で探して予約した自然派イタリアンのお店。
船橋駅からは歩いて5分ほど。京成船橋からなら1分くらいの距離だけど、ちょっと路地を入ったところにありぱっと見つけにくかった。
店内は内装が新しいのかこざっぱりとしていえ清潔感◎。テーブルが6卓くらいと奥にあるキッチンの前にカウンターが。こちらはお席として使われているかは微妙そう。
すぐ近くの壁にでかでかと季節のおすすめメニューが！こちらを中心に、アラカルトでいろいろと注文。この日いただいたのは以下のメニュー。(特においしかったものに◎つけた！)
前菜5種盛り合わせ◎
鶏ハムと水茄子のカルパッチョ(メニューには筍って書いてあったけど品切れで水茄子に)
豆腐のバーニャカウダ
国産若鶏のレバーペースト
ラム肉のロースト◎
紅ズワイガニのトマトクリームパスタ◎
特においしかったのはお食事のうち、最後に食べたトマトクリームパスタ。
まず届いたときのインパクトがすごい！こちらの蟹は中にもしっかり身が入っており、提供後すぐにシェフがいったん蟹をキッチンに持って帰って食べやすいように解体してきてくれる。親切〜！
肝心のお味ですが、色味のわりにトマトの爽やかさがしっかり感じられてクリームだけど重たすぎない！蟹の味がかなりするのと上にかけられたチーズの風味もよくマッチしてた。
前菜の盛り合わせはズッキーニやパプリカなど夏を感じさせる色とりどりのお野菜をふんだんに使った目にも美しい一皿。個人的にはカポナータとマリネがおかわりしたいくらいのおいしさでした。
メインのお肉は時間がかかるとのことで先に頼んだのですが、意外とそんなにかからず登場。
ラム、しっかり火が通っているはずなのに火入れが絶妙なのかまったく硬くないしパサつきゼロ。むしろ噛むごとに肉汁が出てきてみずみずしい！塩とスパイスのシンプルな味付けだったけどこれで充分というか、むしろソースいらないねってくらい。ぜひ頼んでほしい！
デザートは頼みたかったものが品切れだったので諦めました........
お野菜は千葉県産をメインに使用したり、お米にもこだわっていたりと、食材に大変こだわったお店です。
その分品切れとかもあるけれど、そのときあるものは間違いなくおいしいとシェフが自信を持って出しているとわかるのはありがたい！おいしいものを食べられるこだわりはウェルカムです。
駅近で隠れ家っぽく今ならそこまで混雑していないと思うので、ぜひいってみて！
