The shop is located on a small street about a minute from Shimousa-Nakayama Station. The newly opened store is very beautiful and has a great sense of cleanliness. There is an L-shaped counter inside the glass-walled store that allows you to see inside the store, and there are 13 seats. The two staff members who run the restaurant are very friendly and full of energy. It's an order-stop system, so you don't have to order anything in advance to receive items like Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), Small dish, and salads one after another. I don't know much about Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), but the quality of each skewer is like nothing I've ever eaten before. The peaches, liver, and heart were especially delicious. We also have a wide selection of drinks, including shochu, wine, and sake. Even as a Japanese sake lover, you'll find sake that I don't know about. My wish of having a store like this near me was fulfilled, and I headed home feeling very satisfied.
