日曜夜に夫と二人で訪問。
下総中山は元々老舗の鳥春さんが一番高評価でしたが、新しくできたこちらの鳥はしさんの勢いが凄いと知り、当日予約で行ってきました。
18時入店時先客は1組のみでしたがすぐに予約のお客様で満員に、その後も予約で一杯です飛び込みのお客様をと4〜5組お断りされていました。
ストップ制のお任せコースで焼鳥と一品料理をコース仕立てで楽しめます。
この日頂いたのは以下のとおり。
＊長芋団子のお吸い物
＊トマト白ワイン漬けと日向夏、ロマネスコのサラダ
＊京紅地鶏のささみ わさび.山椒.かんずり

弾力が凄いです。皮がスモークチキンみたいでとても美味しい。

お任せはここまでで〆にそぼろご飯825円、とりスープ308円を追加。
ビール、ワイン、日本酒なども頂いて二人で1万5千円以下。
メインに使っている京紅地鶏は肉自体に味の濃さと深みもあり、かつキメ細かく歯触りがとっても良いです。ささみの柔らかさも特徴的に感じました。
全てにおいて想像以上に美味しかったのですが
私を虜にしたのはレバーパテ。
焼き鳥を食べていて塩味が続く中で金柑ジャムとレーズン入りのバゲットの甘味にレバーパテのコッテリ濃厚さが全体のコースの組み立てのなかでとても良いアクセントとなりワインが進んでしまいました。
1月の訪問からレビュー投稿するまでの三ヶ月足らずの間にあっという間に高評価になっていて驚きました。
この人気だときっと今後はなかなかの予約困難店になりそうです。
