コースで予約してカウンター席で
食事させてもらいました。
店内は明るくてとても清潔な感じ。
煙がモクモクってこともありません。
店員さんもとても丁寧な対応で
好印象です。
最初に出していただいた生キムチは
箸休めや口直しにとても最適でした。
お肉の最初はいい感じの厚みある牛タン。
柔らかいけど厚みがあるから味わい深い。
それから、何やら焼いたホルモンを
冷たい出汁にくぐらせて食べるという
トロてっちゃんなるものは美味かった！
スダチかな？すごくさっぱり食べられ
ました。
あとは気になっていた釜炊きの銀シャリ。
上カルビと上ハラミ、卵の黄身をくぐら
せて食べる焼きしゃぶをおかずに、とても
