平日の夜にディナー訪問。
安くて美味しい牡蠣と映え料理が楽しめると
SNSで何度か見て行きたかったオシャレなバル。
船橋駅から徒歩2分という素晴らしい立地のビルの
5階でエレベーターを降りるとそこはすぐお店です。
周辺の繁華街的な雰囲気とはガラリと変わって
オシャレなバーカウンターのある欧風な雰囲気★
奥に案内されて進むと
大人数が入れる座敷席や半個室的なプライベート席も完備！
お出迎えしてくれた牡蠣のクッションが可愛い^^
生に焼きにフライに色んな料理とのコラボにと
名物の兵庫県産カキを存分に楽しめるのが魅力！！
写真映え間違いなしな牡蠣10ピース盛りや
ボリューム超満点の名物鍋も気になりましたが、
今回は色んなお料理を少しずつオーダー。
牡蠣からは生2種類、焼き2種類。
つるんとした濃厚ミルキーなオイスターカクテルと
旨味溢れ出てくるジューシーな焼き牡蠣！
華やかなビジュアルと一工夫が加えられてて
ひと口で終わっちゃうのが寂しい至福のひととき★
みんな写真を投稿してたとびこみエビフライは
トマトやタルタルソース入りのシャンパングラスに
大きなエビフライが縦にぶっ刺さっているすごい発想の一本。
衣ざっくり身もしっかりつまったエビフライが
程よい酸味のソースとよく合ってこれが美味しい^^
映え要員だろうと思ってナメてたことを反省しました。
ユニークなネーミングのコケコッコーポテトサラダは
ベビースター(?)とこんもりポテトサラダの上に
ゆで卵が鎮座しててまるで鳥の巣！
この卵、実は半熟で割るととろーりサプライズ★
続けて写真に惹かれて牡蠣とベーコンのピザを追加。
たっぷりのとろけるチーズと厚切りベーコン、
そして大ぶりな牡蠣が存在感を放つたまりません(〃ω〃)
〆はどうしても食べたかったご飯ものから
ローストビーフのリゾットをチョイス。
濃厚チーズが絡むちょうど良い硬さのお米に
赤身の肉肉しさ全開の柔らかローストビーフ！幸せ！！
終盤だというのにクラフトビールが止まらないっ
もう少し食べたくて〆の〆に痛風焼きおにぎり笑
コンビニのおにぎりくらいのサイズを想像してたら
実物はソフトボールくらいあって嬉しい誤算でした。
香ばしい焼き目のついた醤油焼きおにぎりを
うにいくらと贅沢に堪能してお腹いっぱい大満足！
